About me :)

I am a Strength & Conditioning graduate turned Personal Trainer, focused on showing people the magic of movement and simplifying healthy nutrition.

I am based at Mission Fitness UK in Faringdon, Oxfordshire and specialise in 1:1 coaching, both online and in person.

I work predominantly with women who are stuck and feel like they have tried every diet and program under the sun with no success.

I help them to work on making diet and exercise enhance their life rather than consume it.

No quick fixes, no 8 week transformations. I support you to put in the hard work that results in lasting change so that you never have to waste your time, money and effort on a fad ever again.
